How can I track my order?

After you place an order with us, we will send you a confirmation email. After payment processing (12 to 24 hours), the order will be processed for shipping (1 to 2 days).

After shipping, you can check the "Your Orders" section in your account and you will find the shipment tracking information.

What if I'm not home when my shipment is delivered?

The delivery service usually requires your signature as proof of delivery. If you are not home, the driver will leave a note or try to contact you by phone to arrange an alternative delivery time. Or you may need to call the company directly to arrange this. If you do not contact them, your package will be returned to the warehouse after a few days. Courier services may charge an additional shipping fee for reshipping the order.

When can I expect my order?

Orders placed and paid for are forwarded to one of our affiliated warehouses on the same day. Once your payment is received, you can expect your order to ship within one to two business days.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are discreetly packaged and shipped from a partner warehouse in Europe. The courier will normally request a signature upon delivery to confirm receipt, but this is not mandatory. Your order will be packaged in neutral packaging to maintain your privacy.
